Adult members receive an average of over $745 in annual dental services for $345 per year, plus 20% off additional eligible treatment when paid at the time of service.

Your Membership Includes
As a Preferred Patient Program member, you'll receive:

Receive two comprehensive cleanings and exams each year to help maintain your oral health.

All necessary X-rays are included as part of your membership.

If an unexpected dental concern comes up, emergency exams are included.

Fluoride treatment is included if desired.

Receive 20% off other dental procedures, including fillings, crowns, and more, when paid at the time of service.

Full-time students ages 18–26

Choose the Membership That Fits Your Family
Adults 18+ : $345 / year
Children 6–17 : $199 / year
Young Children 0–4 : $109 / year
The program provides dental care at a fraction of the cost of paying for services individually, while also providing a discount on additional eligible treatment.
